On 29th/30th November Leaders Contact held its second international IT Portfolio conference at Bensberg Castle outside Cologne.
With more room for networking and discussions than the 2015 schedule, this year’s practitioners’ forum put a premium on the frank exchange between peers on subjects suggested by the attendees and derived from the wide selection of topical case studies presented by leading organizations from all over Europe.
Having gotten to know one another during the popular Leaders Contact intensive networking session on Day 1, the carefully selected group capitalized on the quickly established rapport during breakout sessions focusing on a variety of subjects from benefit realizations to remote team building.
On Day 2, project governance and agility (or lack thereof) in global organizations were among the main topics discussed in great detail during the extended interactive Q&A sessions.
